1. Check whether the installation position and flow direction are correct, and ensure that they are installed in the direction of the arrow on the valve body.

2. Install on a horizontal pipeline with the drainage outlet facing vertically downwards, and connect the drainage outlet to an automatic drain (only suitable for pressures less than 1.6 MPa) for automatic drainage.

3. Install bypass valves and inlet/outlet shut-off valves to ensure that maintenance does not affect production.

When testing a new pipeline or using a pipeline that has been out of service for a long time, please isolate the equipment and clean the pipeline before using the equipment again.

When the pressure of the filter increases significantly, please replace the filter element in a timely manner to prevent an increase in the load of the air compressor.

When replacing the filter element, please connect the bypass valve and close the inlet and outlet valves. Empty the compressed air from the tank, remove the fixing bolts, and remove the filter element. Replace the filter element with a new one and tighten the fixing bolts. Check if it is tightened. Open the inlet and outlet valves, close the bypass valve, and use normally.
